Secondary science, math, STEM, CTE, and social studies teachers, academic coaches, and administrators who work with students in grades 6-12 are welcome to apply and attend the 2017 Geospatial Academy.
The 2017 Geospatial Academy is a seven-day professional development opportunity where participants will develop geospatial science and technology background knowledge and skills to bring back to their schools and classrooms. Geospatial science and technology has wide-ranging applications, and at the 2017 Geospatial Academy participants will learn how to incorporate geospatial technology into their classroom curriculum that support TN standards and project-based learning initiatives.
